3.1THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS REVIEW

 

It is one thing identifying the components of the best support web hosting and verifying whether they exist. This review has been all about checking whether these components exist. And guess what, the majority of the best hosting sites – WORDPRESS above, claim the best support ever, with availability 24/7.

I need you to understand that it’s a completely different story verifying whether existing channels of support are effective, reliable, informative, made of agents who are not only competent, but helpful, polite, and especially fast to respond.

While carrying out the research to prepare this review, I identified some WordPress hosting companies having some great support features, but whose agents were very slow to respond, and sometimes when they did, they claimed they were very busy. This was especially the case with CLOUDWAYSThis is an indication that the support system is probably highly understaffed, and the risks of not getting help on time are very high.

While the agents of other WordPress companies provided different answers to the same question I asked. This annoying problem was spotted with iPage. This is a very powerful indicator of the confusion on the inside.

To solve the problem, I rated iPage support system, a definite zero.

 

Sitey has also had me waiting for several minutes on live chat before having someone attend to me. Most of the times no one came. I had to close the chat without chatting with anyone.
