AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER
If you are reading this article, it’s most likely because you need information about the Amazon Customer Service Phone Number. It is extremely difficult to come across this number, and Amazon intended for it to be so.
You probably must have exhausted all online help possibilities, and you want to talk to someone urgently. You have checked out either the help links online, or used search features, or filled out required help forms, or even waited for 24 hours for a reply, without any satisfactory results.
You might have equally received an irrelevant reply to your query.
As time passes, you get more anxious and worried about your orders or problems (whatever they may be). The exact solution to your problem is still nowhere to be found and you have come to a stage where you absolutely need to talk to somebody.

1. THINGS TO CONSIDER
There are certain things about contacting Amazon directly that should be made extremely clear to you:
#1. The guys at Amazon don’t want you calling them.
This is quite understandable. Billions of people shop online at Amazone. Imagine if it were possible to just pick up your phone and call those guys directly for any inquiry you might have. This implies that Amazone would need at least 1 000 000 employees for the customer service department alone.
#2. The guys at Amazon can only read and respond to messages in English
This is strictly an American company. I don’t need to explain much about this.
#3. You need to allow at least 24 hours for them to reply.
Sometimes you have to wait even longer following an email request.
If the problem you have is urgent and persists, call an Amazon-savvy pal.
2. WHY IS THIS CONTACT DIFFICULT TO COME BY? POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Amazon has intentionally made it very difficult to have access to their direct amazon customer service phone number for the reasons I mentioned earlier.
They have implemented a system such that for any customer to finally reach them, the problem must have really been very critical.
That said, Amazon has designed various ebooks depending on how you want to contact them. I will refer to each of these different books as ”solutions” and give you a link to access these books directly.

3. AMAZON ONLINE SHOPPING
I have brought together some terms frequently used when shopping online at Amazon. I had a lot of difficulties understanding them in the beginning. I thought it wise to present them here to the benefit of those shopping online for the first time.
There are millions of them, but I will focus only on a select few.
A promotional code, also known as a coupon code, is a code that is associated with a marketing discount. For example, a merchant might tell the customers to enter the promotional code “XX456” to receive a 10% discount on their whole order. One or more unique promotional codes are associated with the discount.
Promotional codes act as an eligibility requirement for the discount. When shopping, if the user enters a promotional code, the corresponding discount is looked up and applied if all the conditions of the discount are met.
2. Amazon App Store
The Amazon App store for Android is an app store for the Android operating system operated by Amazon.com. It was opened on March 22, 2011, and was made available in nearly 200 countries.
Amazon Prime is a membership program that gives customers access to streaming video, music, e-books, free shipping and a variety of other Amazon-specific services and deals. Amazon Prime is a no-brainer for those heavily invested in the Amazon ecosystem. And if $99 per year seems like too much of a commitment, you can opt for the monthly $10.99 plan or the Prime Video only plan, which costs $8.99.
Starting a 30-day free trial gives you early access to deals, plus free two-day shipping. In some cases, you’ll even get bumped to complimentary 1-day shipping. If you’re a student with a valid .edu email, you can get a free six-month trial of Amazon Prime Student, which gets you all of the benefits of Prime in addition to special student-specific deals and coupons. After that, Prime Student will cost you half the price of regular Prime or you can pay $5.49 per month for the months that you need it.
Alexa Voice Shopping is a service from Amazon that allows you to place orders through the online retail giant with just a voice command.
If you have an Alexa-enabled product, like an Amazon Echo or even the Amazon app for Android and iOS, you can tell Alexa that you want to buy something. Alexa immediately searches Amazon to find the product and asks if the product it found is what you want. If you respond with a “yes,” the order is placed.
On its Alexa Voice Shopping page, Amazon says you can choose from the millions of products it offers, and to help you save a few bucks, you can even ask Alexa what kinds of deals there might be on certain products.
Monday, November 27 is Cyber Monday 2017.
In retail and online shopping the Monday immediately following Thanksgiving (or the Monday immediately following Black Friday) in the United States is referred to as Cyber Monday.
This is a busy day for online retailers as it was initially perceived as the day when employees would return to work and shop online for the items they did not purchase on the preceding Black Friday. The term Cyber Monday was first coined by Shop.org and first used in 2005.
The Amazon Store Card is a credit card issued by Synchrony Bank that can only be used to make purchases on Amazon.com. This card is available to anyone with fair credit but is only rewarding for Amazon Prime members.
This is because as a non-prime member, you earn a 3% rebate for all Amazon.com purchases (prime members earn 5%); 2% at gas stations, restaurants and drugstores; and 1% on all other purchases.
Prime members, on the contrary, will earn 5% rebate for all Amazon.com purchases alongside the other benefits.
The Amazon Store Card does not offer the special financing of the Amazon Prime Store Card. The rewards of the two types of cards are redeemable only at Amazon. There is no annual fee for this card, but you do need the $99-a-year Prime membership if you wish to enjoy the benefits of Prime Member.
Though you can use the card anywhere that takes Visa, rewards are redeemable only at Amazon. Although you won’t earn as much on Amazon purchases, theAmazon Credit Card doesn’t require you to be a Prime member, and you can use it anywhere that takes Visa.
